Meditative Walking Session with Music

Join us in a meditative walking session, a type of yoga that relies on meditation during slow and silent walking that works to stimulate mindfulness, increase the attention span, and sharpen thinking. The session will include music to help participants remain in the ‘now.’ Participation in the session requires a yoga mat, a small pillow for sitting, and a light blanket.
