In the hills of Palestine, fragmented by occupation, Bedouins, activists, and professionals find in climbing a safe haven from the constraints of the Israeli occupation. Meanwhile, Palestinian-American writer and climber Andrew Bisharat visits the West Bank in search of his roots, discovering the power of climbing to transform lives.
