The 18-page Arabic-language guide provides a set of guidelines and tips for professionals and those interested in conserving and preserving archives. It does so by explaining the concept of prevention, identifying external factors that lead to damage to documents, and detailing the conservation mechanism used in the museum's conservation studio. The Conservation for Digitisation project, of which this guide is one of the outputs, aims to protect the collective memory of Palestinians and to allow researchers and interested parties to benefit from digitised history.
