This workshop focuses on the conservation and preservation of endangered documents. It seeks to share with interested institutions and individuals the experience gained by the Museum Conservation Lab, in addition to acquainting them with the Palestinian Museum’s Conservation for Digitisation project. It also aims to raise awareness about the importance of conserving archive collections in Palestine and the Arab world while presenting an opportunity for institutions that work in this field to share and exchange experience and knowledge. The workshop will include practical training in the handling, conservation and preservation of archival material.
