The Archbishop Capucci

A poster entitled 'The Archbishop Capucci is the Symbol of Unity of Struggle for Our Masses' issued by the Unified Information Office of the Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) in 1976. It features a photograph of Hilarion Capucci, former archbishop of Jerusalem.

Down with the Occupation 1987

This poster by the artist Asad Azi was part of the 'Down with the Occupation' exhibition held in 1987 by the Association of Artists for Freedom of Expression in the El-Hakawati Theatre in Jerusalem to mark 20 years since the 1967 occupation of the West Bank. The exhibition included posters by Palestinian and Israeli artists.

al-Taybeh is Steadfast in the Face of the Aggression, Unity of Blood, Unity of Struggle

A poster entitled 'al-Taybeh is Steadfast in the Face of the Aggression, Unity of Blood, Unity of Struggle' issued by the Unified Information Office of the Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) in 1991. On the poster is the photo of the four martyrs who were killed in the village of al-Taybeh in the south of Lebanon in 1975 while resisting the Israeli Occupation Forces. Their names are Ali Sharaf al-Din, Falah Sharaf al-Din, Abdullah Sharaf al-Din, and Mahmoud Qaiq.

A poster entitled 'Kfarchouba, Zionists Passed Through Here' issued by the Popular Committee of the People of Lebanese Kfarchouba in 1977, in commemoration of the second anniversary of the destruction of the village.

A state was born

A poster entitled '…15 November, a state was born' issued by the Unified Information Office of the Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) in 1990 commemorating the Palestinian Declaration of Independence. The Museum collection has one duplicate available of this poster.
