Al-mintar, plural: manateer Manateer are stone buildings scattered along the slopes and valleys of Palestine’s rural hills. They were long used by rural families as summer dwellings during the months of ta’zeeb when farmers spent long periods away from home, toiling to plant or harvest their crops.
