Spring Resilience in Palestine
Art Tours and Workshops for Schools and Families
For schools: Monday to Thursday throughout April | 8:00– 12:00
For families: Fridays, April 11, and April 18 | 15:00– 18:00
Location: The Palestinian Museum
Trees and plants constantly renew themselves—nothing compares to their ability to be reborn. Trunks grow sturdier, roots deepen, and branches bloom again with leaves and fruit. In Palestine, trees and plants resemble our lives: in their harshness, resilience, and in their everlasting greenness.
What do you think about joining us in a conversation about spring, and how resilience blossoms from the land? We will learn about geography, explore the connections between nature and art, and stroll through the gardens of the Palestinian Museum. Along the way, we will observe Gaza’s lilies, Bethlehem’s olives, Ramallah’s cypress trees, Galilee’s indigo (Neila), and the Iris of Faqoua. We will speak of the land and breathe in the scent of soil returning from Jaffa.
The tours and workshops are free of charge, and the Museum’s garden will be open to welcome you and your families throughout April.
Join us, friends—and do not forget to register in advance, as spots are limited!
