Taksiri (overcoat) from the Bethlehem area made with red velvet and embroidered with predominately red and orange silk threads and gilded silver threads. The taksiri has a cotton lining and is embroidered with tahriri stitches (couching). The sleeves and front panel have dense tatreez (embroidery) with plant shapes, the back panel has light tatreez, and the shoulders have epaulette-like motifs.
